Valve Maintenance Training Seminars

FCI will present a three (3) day, Hands-On, Valve Maintenance Training Seminar at the Flow Control Innovations location.

This class is also available on upon request and at your facility
with a minumum class attendance.

Class hours are 8:00 AM - 5 PM with 45 minutes for lunch. Lunch will be provided by FCI at the training facility. Classes are limited to (8) students. This course is 70% hands-on.

At Flow Control Innovations, industrial valve maintenance training is based upon your plants current situation outage planning, budget. We provide on-site training and will evaluate and document your plants tooling and testing situation. We will then customize our training to support your needs. Personalized training certificates will be supplied upon completion of training.

Valve training includes both classroom and hands-on approach to ensure competency. Teamwork is encouraged by "partnering technicians" creating a support system.

Customized and Advanced Valve Maintenance Training

FCI offers an Advanced Valve Maintenance course for higher skilled valve technicians. Some of the subjects include:

• Welding Valve Seats/Rings/Guides
• Cutting, guide welding/machining
• Wedge fitting and measurement

Training can be simulated and tailored for a scope of valve work in an upcoming outage or for general technician education. All Necessary Tools to be provided by purchase, rental, or client to conduct training.
